ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Now that you have watched the video above, hopefully we have qualified that you're in the green zone! You're prepared to train hard for AT LEAST 12 weeks and this a good time of year to do so.

The idea is that we work on a program that suits your schedule of the course of a ‘block’ of training, that leads to your goal.

How this direct coaching operates with me, is as follows:


ONE ONE ONE CALL

We start with a one-on one phone call, for me to understand your background in cycling, your current goals, your strengths and weaknesses, and your availability to train week to week.

WEEKLY CUSTOM PROGRAM

I will write a weekly program in Today's Plan. Why weekly? Every Sunday (or whenever suits) I want you to email me your availably for the week. As a busy athlete; schedules change, thing pop up ect, so we need I need to stay in tune with your schedule before allocating workouts.

USING TODAY'S PLAN

The workouts and training plan will be put together in Today’s Plan training software. As part of the package you get access to the advanced level of Today’s Plan, meaning we can both analyse your training data

REVIEWING YOUR DATA

I will be looking at your data on a weekly basis, providing feedback over email and also preparing for our calls. We will connect over the phone or ZOOM every 3 weeks for 45 mins to discuss your progress.

GAIN LIFETIME ACCESS

On a final note...

I only work with three athletes at a time. That way things can be most intimate.

My goal with each athlete is to not only coach you, but also educate you on the reasons why we’re doing certain workouts and planning each week as it is, so you can better manage your own schedule in the future.
